BRAND IDENTITY
Realys Group
Realys is a professional services consultancy group in the real estate sector, delivering project management and technical advisory services throughout Asia and Europe. Following their acquisition by ISG plc, CTRL was appointed to provide brand strategy and design services as part of its global expansion plans.



We developed an icon which is distinctive as a stand-alone graphic element.

We set a simple colour palette of green, black and white. This ensured communications were bold and stood out.



CTRL developed the new brand strategy. This involved extensive research of the market, and interviews with Realys staff and clients.
The new brand identity is very flexible across all graphic communications.

Commtech Asia
Commtech Asia are commissioning management specialists for the real estate sector. We worked closely with the firm to set their new brand strategy and graphic identity across their ten offices in Asia and Australia.








Our scope included completing a comprehensive brand strategy programme with a new positioning statement, and a flexible brand identity system with an updated logo and all graphic elements.
Graphic Elements
The gridlines and the arrow from the logo create a very flexible and distinctive graphic framework which works well with a wide range of content types, in both print and on screen.


This design system also reinforces the positioning statement: Forward thinking from every angle.

Brand Guidelines
To ensure compliance with the new brand identity, CTRL produced detailed guidelines in four languages: English, Chinese, Japanese and Korean.
