Commtech Asia
Commtech Asia are commissioning management specialists for the real estate sector, which includes data centres and mission-critical facilities, commercial offices, hospitality and integrated resorts, education and government, major developments and retail.
We worked closely with the firm to set their new brand strategy and graphic identity across their ten offices in Asia and Australia.

Our scope included completing a comprehensive brand strategy programme with a new positioning statement, and a flexible brand identity system with an updated logo and all graphic elements.

CTRL developed the new brand strategy. This involved extensive research of the market, and interviews with Commtech staff and clients.

The new brand was introduced to staff through a brand book, which launched the new company vision.

Realys Group
Realys is a professional services consultancy group in the real estate sector, delivering project management and technical advisory services throughout Asia and Europe. Following their acquisition by ISG plc, CTRL was appointed to provide brand strategy and design services as part of its global expansion plans.

CTRL developed the new brand strategy. This involved extensive research of the market, and interviews with Realys staff and clients.


We set a simple colour palette of green, black and white. This ensured communications were bold and stood out.
The "single point of difference" was extended across the Realys brand identity, and was brought together as brand guidelines by the London marketing team.
